Weir Estate Residents Association are pleased to announce that work will shortly be starting on external cleaning of brickwork and repainting of the painted areas of Anfield Close. Weir Community Garden officially unveiled
The Weir Community Garden was officially declared open on Saturday, 7th July 2012, by Valerie Shawcross, London Assembly Member for Lambeth and Southwark. The Pram Chorus has kindly offered to hold a fund raising event on behalf of The Weir Link at Pizza Express, Balham on Thursday 5th July from 5 – 7pm. Tickets / reservations cost £5.00 in advance or £7.00 at the door kids can attend for free. Ticket holders will get 20% off their food bill.
