Healthy Cook and Eat Session
Come along to our cook and eat session and learn how to cook healthy meals and snacks for you and your family. Sessions will focus on health messages and developing your skills. You can learn in a relaxed environment, whilst having fun and eating what you make!

Learn to use vintage sewing machines
Skills Sharing
Get support to start or complete any stitch work, or re-vamp clothes, toys or quilts in a relaxed environment. No previous experience necessary.
Free crèche available but places are limited so must be booked in advance.

Helping my Child with Reading
TIME: Tuesdays 10am – 12:30pm
WHEN: Tuesday 25 September – Tuesday 4 December 2012
WHAT will I get from attending the course?
· You will find out how children learn to read and how you can help them at home.
· You will have the opportunity to share experiences and ideas with other parents.
· You can gain an OCN Certificate at Level 1 or Level 2
HOW much does it cost?
The course and crèche places are free.
