The Weir Link are seeking a Volunteer Development Manager for a 2 year self-employed/employed, part-time role £30k pa (pro-rata)

The Weir Link is a vibrant Community and Children’s Centre in South West London. Our vision is to be a community-led organisation making a real difference, particularly to those most disadvantaged. Volunteering is at the heart of what we do and we are looking for someone to develop this area of work. You will bring your broad experience of developing volunteers and local voluntary programmes. You will have in-depth understanding of the diverse needs of local communities and the skills to build a strong, well supported and trained team of volunteers to work closely with centre staff, trustees and local communities. Fundraising experience would be an advantage. If you fit the bill we’d love to hear from you.
