BREYER ARE BACK!!
Major works Contractor, The Breyer Group who carried out the new windows and Front Entrance door installations have returned to the estate to finish the ‘snagging’ works and touching up.
Under the management of a new site team, the works are set to get underway as the works are not overdue the expected finish date. New Resident liaison Officer for Breyer has given the below statement to inform residents of what is happening and details of how to contact them with any issues.
‘Following consultations with Hunters & Lambeth Living, we have had a number of issues brought to our attention, these mainly being finishing coatings to walkways at Olding House, Quennel House & West House.
We are taking steps to remedy the situation; as such works will start week commencing Monday 13th September 2010. Starting with Olding House, with Quennel & West expected to start in the weeks following
Following completion of these works we will carry out a full sparkle clean including both windows & F.E.D (front entrance doors)
For the duration of the remaining works there will be a site office based opposite West House, Site Manager Michael Norcott will be based at this site office, please feel free to contact us with any queries you may have, alternatively there will be a Resident Surgery.
Residents Surgery will be held on Tuesday & Thursday from 11am to 1pm. Please come along and ask us any questions you have regarding the works
